The Reflex reach trucks can be programmed to reduce the risk of human error.TOYOTA Material Handling Australia (TMHA) has launched its new BT ‘Reflex’ Series of electric-powered reach trucks.

According to Toyota Material Handling, the Reflex reach trucks have increased capacities, higher performance and reduced energy requirements compared to previous models.

The Reflex electric reach trucks have capacities from 1400kg to 2500kg, and increased lift heights of 12.5m.
The Toyota Reflex electric reach trucks have Toyota standard electrical connectors, said to prevent the occurrence of intermittent faults. All hydraulic hoses have quick release connections for easy servicing and repairs.

The Reflex reach trucks can be programmed to reduce the risk of human error. Programmable functions include the speed of reach/retract relative to load and height; lift when unit exceeds 6 km/h; speed on cornering; speed with mast extended, and acceleration with load.

The Reflex trucks also have a new multi-function control handle which is interchangeable from truck to truck.
Other improvements include changes to the height selection feature, which now allows programming by aisle and level. All units will come standard with push button 'auto fork levelling and sideshift centring'.
