Device for lifting a load (5) resting on a conveyor, said the conveyor
including two longitudinal members (1, 2), parallel to the drive direction of
the conveyor and supporting members (3, 4) for driving the deposited loads,
the lifting device comprising a platform (7) located between the said two
longitudinal members and equipped with a raising architecture (13 to 20)
intended to support the said load (5) to be elevated and whose upper end, in
the low position of the platform ( 7), is located at a level below that of the
said drive members, said the platform being connected to the said conveyor by
four chains (23 to 36) from which it is suspended, characterized in that one
end of each chain is fixed to a longitudinal member (1, 2) of the conveyor and
in that the other end of each chain is fixed to a driving pinions (32 to 35),
the driving pinions being coupled to motor means (40), the pinions and motor
assembly means being supported by the said platform (7).
Claims:
1. Device for lifting a load (5) disposed on a conveyor, said conveyor
including two longitudinal members (1, 2) parallel to the direction in which
the conveyor is driven and supporting members (3, 4) for driving along said
conveyor loads deposited thereon , The lifting device including a platform (7)
situated between said two longitudinal members and equipped with a lifting
architecture (13 to 20) adapted to support said load (5) to be lifted and the
top of which, in the bottom position of the platform (7), is at a level lower
than said drive members, said platform being connected to said conveyor by
four chains (23 to 26) from which it is suspended, characterized in that one
end of each chain is fixed to a longitudinal member (1, 2) of the conveyor,
the other end of each chain is fixed to a driving sprocket wheel (32 to 35),
the driving sprocket wheels are coupled to drive means (40) and the
combination of the sprocket wheels and the drive means is supported by said
platform (7).
2. Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the four driving sprocket
wheels (32 to 35) are mounted on a single drive shaft (36) at the front of the
platform and perpendicular to the direction of said longitudinal members (1,
2), said shaft (36) carries two at each end of said driving sprocket wheels
(32, 33 and 34, 35) to each of which is coupled a chain one of which (23, 25)
runs vertically and is attached to a corresponding member and longitudinal the
other of which (24, 26) initially runs horizontally parallel to the
longitudinal members (1, 2), then passes around a sprocket wheel (43, 44) at
the rear of the platform, and then runs vertically before being attached to
the longitudinal member, the horizontal chain runs resting on the bottom of
the platform on respective sliding paths (45, 46).
3. Device according to claim 1 or claim 2 characterized in that said lifting
architecture comprises four vertical columns (13 to 16), two columns (13, 14)
at the front of the platform are joined at the top by a crossmember (17) and
two columns (15, 16) at the rear of the platform are joined at the top by a
crossmember (18).
4. Device according to claim 3 characterized in that at least two columns (13,
16) in diagonal relationship to each other are guided on up and down movement
of the platform by guide shoes (47, 48) joined to the longitudinal members (1,
2 ).
5. Device according to claim 3 or claim 4 characterized in that at a short
distance from the top the two lateral columns of each pair of columns are
joined together by a beam (19, 20).
6. Device according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that
each chain is fixed to a longitudinal member by a fixing part (27) and a
screwthreaded rod (28 to 31) for adjusting the length of the chain.
Description:
The present invention relates to a lifting of a load on a conveyor ready.
We know such a lifting system using a ready platform between stringers
conveyor, the platform is equipped with its four corners of a column and the
four columns are collected by their upper end of the ties. A string is
attached to each corner of the plateau and the four chains pass on gables
referral related conveyor that also supports the system of motorization. The
uplift of the plateau by traction chains helps to raise the load, eg a pallet,
loaded or not, prepared on the conveyor and taken by the upper end of the four
columns. In low shelf, the upper end of the four columns is obviously at a
level below that of the training conveyor chains or rollers. This system with
four channels pending which is hung a platform guarantees of horizontality of
the platform in all its positions. However, this system requires a ballast of
the platform and a non-standard conveyor system with a special engine and
sprockets for reference.
This invention aims to propose a simple and to maintain a standard conveyor
while retaining the benefits of the four channels.
The invention has the purpose device for lifting of a load on a conveyor
ready, the conveyor with two stringers, parallel to the direction of the
conveyor training and supporting training bodies charges filed, the device
including a lifting platform between the two so-called stringers and equipped
with an architecture enhancement to bear the burden and raise the upper end of
which, in the position of the platform, is located at a level lower than those
bodies training, the platform is connected by four audit conveyor chains with
which it is suspended, wherein one end of each string is attached to a spar of
the conveyor and what the other end of each string is attached to a gable
leading, gables menants being coupled with means motors, sprockets and all
means engines are supported by that platform.
According to a preferred implementation, the four gables menants are mounted
on a single shaft on the front of the platform perpendicular to the direction
of the stringers on the tree at each of its two so-called gable ends menants
each of which is hung a string one of which undergoes a simple vertical path
and just hang on to spar correspondent and the other suffered a first course
parallel to the horizontal stringers to pass on a referral gable on the back
of the platform and then a second vertical paths to come cling to spar, the
chain along its horizontal route based on the merits of the platform, on a
sliding path.
