Abstract:

CLAIMS CLAIMS

1. Description:
BIBS SEAL FOR CONVEYOR.

The invention relates to a flap sealers conveyor shaped trough.
It also relates to conveyor equipped with the so-called flap.

For transporting heavy materials from one place to another place, it is known to use a conveyor belt.
The conveyor belt has a section shaped trough so that the band marrying this trough forms a chute able to contain the bulk material.
They are known more particularly such a conveyor section which is defined by a roll of horizontal curves and walls so-called guidance located on both sides of the roll.

The belt extends over only a portion of the wall of guidance it may have a slight transverse movement.
The heavy material is deposited in the central part of the trough but sometimes under the influence of speed this material is spread more or less able to move beyond the lateral edges of the band or where the flow load is too large compared to the linear speed of the strip.  This phenomenon appears mainly at the time of loading by gravity.
