Tuttle, Inc. offers installation of piping systems to supplement equipment and system machinery. We can install: * Utility piping. This includes water, steam, air and gas for system function. * Product piping. For material handling systems for liquids and slurries, we design, fabricate and install the piping needed to transfer liquid or semi-liquid product. Types of Systems: For new system installation, we will work with your current floor plan to layout the piping system and will set it up to function along with a newly installed system or existing system. We work with all fluid types including: * Air * Water * Steam * Condensate * Hydraulic * Pneumatic * Wastewater * Sanitary Commonly Used Piping Materials: Our piping systems can be fabricated from a variety of materials including: * Mild Steel * Carbon Steel * Stainless Steel * Galvanized Steel * Copper * Fiberglass * Polypropylene (PP) * Polyethylene (PE) * Polyvinylidene Difluoride (PVDF) Piping Installation: We will install all piping fixtures including threaded, welded, flanged and adhesive connections. We have the capability of Orbital Tube Welding and Infrared Plastic Welding as well as traditional TIG, and SMAW welding techniques. We have a team of certified welders capable of installing any piping system; however, we do not handle pressure vessel and boiler installations.
