The DYNAC 6400 Series Conveyor System from Hartness International redefines the role of conveyors in high efficiency lines. It brings dramatic improvements to line throughput and product volume while providing first-in/first-out, pressureless product handling and accumulation. DYNAC has the unique ability to automatically expand its usable length as the line demands. Frequent slowdowns and micro-stops that are inherent, in even the best designed lines, can dramatically reduce throughput. DYNAC virtually eliminates the effect of these occurrences, raising
productivity by providing a constant and optimal product flow to line components.

The DYNAC 6400-G series provides dramatic improvements
to line throughput and efficiency by providing pressure-less product
handling, first in/first out accumulation, and consistent product flow.
When used in combination with Hartness’ patented Bottom GripVeyor
system, the DYNAC can extend these benefits to even the most difficult
to handle, lightweight containers.

The Dynac 7000 mass-flow conveyor system is configured in a space-saving spiral. It automatically expands it usable conveyor service to emliminate line stopapages in high speed applications.

The Mass Flow 7100 DYNAC provides a much needed alternative to traditional high pressure
accumulation systems. The system is similar in proportion to conventional accumulation tables, but offers the unique DYNAC
sensitivity to changes in product flow.

The Dynac 7200 has the unique ability to constantly and precisely regulate product flow without complex controls. It "breathes," continually adjusting to changing speed and pressure in a line, down to a single container.
