Model H-400 Horizontal Slider Bed Belt Conveyor, Standard Specifications:

• Belts: 8" to 36" wide, White or Black PVC.

• Beds: Formed Steel Box Channel slider bed frame.

Available 12" thru 42" in width.
• Supports: "H" type, adjustable from 31" to 36" to top of belt.
• Drive: 1/3 HP TEFC motor-reducer with fully enclosed guard. 115 V/ 1 PH/60C or 230-460 V / 3 PH /60C (specify).
• Speed: Standard 50 feet per minute constant.
Other speeds and Optional Vari-Speed Drives also available
• Pulleys: 6" diameter drive with 1 3/16" diameter shaft, 4 1/2 diameter tail with 1" diameter shaft.
• Finish: Bilt-Rite Blue enamel.

Model RBH-400 Horizontal Roller Bed Belt Conveyor, Standard Specifications:

• Belts: 12" to 36" wide, White or Black PVC.

• Beds: Roller Bed Frame with 1.9" diameter x 16 gauge steel ball bearing rollers set high on 6" centers in a 6.5" high x 12 Ga. formed channel frame. Available 18" thru 42" overall width.

Model MH-400 Wire Mesh Belt Conveyor, Standard Specifications:

• Belts: 12" to 36" wide. Flat wire 1/2" x 1" galvanized steel open mesh.
• Beds: Roller bed frame available 18" thru 42" overall width. 1.9" Dia. x 16 Ga. rolls set high on 6" centers. Longitudinal runners optional.
• Supports: "H" type, adjustable from 31" to 36" to top of belt.
• Drive: 1/3 HP TEFC motor-reducer with fully enclosed guard. 115 V/ 1 PH/60C or 230-460 V / 3 pH/60C (specify).
• Speed: Single direction at 50 feet per minute constant. Other speeds and Optional Vari-Speed Drives also available
• Pulleys: 6" diameter cast iron drive sprockets with 4 1/2" diameter tail pulley.
• Finish: Bilt-Rite blue.
