We manufacture a wide variety of Live Roller Conveyors utilizing several popular drive configurations. Power transmission choices include \"V\" Belt, Lineshaft and Chain Driven rollers configured in straight and various curved sections along with both left hand and right hand straight and curved spurs.

RPD Series, Standard Specifications:

• Beds: 1.9\" diameter x 16 gage galvanized steel ball bearing rollers set high on 3\", 4 1/2\" or 6\" centers. Belt pressure rollers with screw adjustment of pressure clips. All rolls have spring loaded 7/16\" hex axles and grease packed bearings.
• Frame: Galvanized formed steel channels 6.5\" high x 1.5\" x 12 gauge with bolted cross braces.
• Supports: \"H\" type, adjustable from 31\" to 36\" to top of rolls.
• Drive: 1/3 HP TEFC motor-reducer with fully enclosed guard. 115 V/ 1 PH/60 C or 230-460 V / 3 PH /60C (specify).
• Speed: Standard 60 feet per minute, reversible. Optional Vari-Speed Drives also available.
