SS/H400 Slider Bed Belt Conveyor, Specifications:

• Belt: White PVC or Nitrile rubber with stainless steel lacing or endless. (USDA and FDA approved).
• Bed: Formed stainless steel channel slider bed frame.
• Supports: Stainless steel square tubular telescopic \"H\" supports, adjustable 31\" to 36\", stationary or portable.
• Drive: 1/2 HP wash down duty, motor-reducer drive with fully enclosed ABS plastic chain guard. 115 V/ 1 PH/60C or 230-460 V / 3 PH /60C (specify)
• Speed: Standard 50 feet per minute constant.
Other speeds and Optional Vari-Speed Drives also available.
• Bearings: Nickel plated or Teflon coated housings.
• Take-Up: Stainless steel, telescoping quick release toggle.
• Idlers: 1.9\" diameter X 16 gauge stainless steel return idlers with stainless steel shafts and bearings.


SS/FTC Flat Top Chain Conveyor, Specifications:

• Chain: Low friction acetal plastic or stainless steel. Available in 3 1/4\" thru 12\" widths.
• Frame: Formed stainless steel angle, 7\" high x 12 gauge with bolted cross spreaders and UHMW poly wear strips.
• Modular Design: 3, 4 and 6 foot long intermediate sections. Standard 3 foot long drive and tail modules.
• Supports: Stainless Steel square tubular telescopic supports, adjustable 33\" to 36\" to chain, or as required.
• Drive: 1/3 HP TEFC motor-reducer with fully enclosed guard. 115 V/ 1 PH/60C or 230-460 V / 3 PH /60C (specify). (Washdown duty available) .
• Speed: Single direction at 50 Ft.per minute.
