CONVEYORS
Beside our intelligent conveying system, we also offer ordinary and configurable conveyors in three different versions and an asynchronous conveyor system. The products are based on our many years of experience and are known for their high quality in almost every industry. The KIT conveyor provides you with an economical standard kit.


Component Kits
This concept offers you more flexibility in the construction of conveyors, in the adaptation of our conveyors as customer-specific solutions and in assembly - of course we also still supply completely assembled conveyors.
All parts of the component kit are available from stock (except for belts and sliding plates - these are provided also by the customer).

Minidrive Conveyor KTB
Thanks to its compact design and integrated control, the Minidrive conveyor is the optimal solution for many applications. It is driven by means of a regulated, brushless 24 V DC motor with variable speed and freely selectable running direction. The minidrive conveyors are available as single or double belt conveyors.

Conveyor TB
Thanks to the modular design, the conveyors are ideal for customized transport solutions or a conveyor system. Either a single or a double belt can be used. For transporting large pallets and other dimensionally stable products, the TTBD tandem conveyor is a possible solution.

Max Conveyor GTB
The maxi conveyors are available with top, center and drum motor drive. They are driven by means of a 230/400 V spur gear motor with large power reserves. In the center-drive version, a purely mechanical, automatic belt tensioning device ensures that the belt is always tensioned only to the extent required and not to the maximum load.

Transfer System LTE
The single-belt longitudinal conveyor system is an asynchronous conveyor system which performs the task of conveying workpieces automatically through the necessary workstations according to their assembly sequence. The modular principle permits stepwise implementation of the automation process. Subsequent adaptations can be realized at minimum cost.
