VarioFlow (VF65/90)

VarioFlow is offered in two system sizes, 65- and 90-mm widths. Each system offers a variety of drive (including VFD options), chain and modular components for complete system function. VarioFlow combines intelligent, high-value design with best-in-class components to provide a more economical total solution than traditional flexible chain conveyor systems.

VarioFlow S

Ideally suited to packaging applications, VarioFlow S is available in 80-, 100-, 160-, 240-, and 320-mm conveyor widths. Like VarioFlow VF65/90, VarioFlow S affords unmatched design flexibility with various drive (including VFD-ready units) and chain options, as well as stainless steel systems for hygienic applications. And only VarioFlow S from Rexroth offers the advantages of patented UltraCurve™ horizontal curve technology, delivering incomparably smooth radial transitions and minimizing friction for longer chain life, less maintenance, and lower operating costs.
