TRAMCO STANDARD Dustless Loader Features
5-Stage wash with durable 2 mil baked on enamel finish over fully primed parts. All Parts are painted before assembly. All fasteners are cadmium plated.
All sections are pinned and "robotically" welded in fixtures to ensure squareness and length.
Available in a wide range of sizes from 6,000 to 18,000 cu.ft. per hour.
Takes the loading of dry products to another level. Starting in the retracted position above a container or vehicle, the heavy duty three cable system retracts the spout to the desired position.
Air actuated inlet gate opens to start the product flowing through a series of interlocked buckets fabricated from either mild or stainless steel.
Interlocked buckets, shielded by an outer sleeve constructed of nylon and or filter media, contain the dust laiden material.
Retarding hopper with a proportional gate valve increases or decreases the amount of flow as required to decrease the amount of product dusting.
As the product contacts the bottom of the container or vehicle, a tilt switch specifically placed at the bottom of the retarding hopper, senses the grains angle of repose from the pile automatically shutting off the air inlet gate and retracting the spout to a preset height. Once the desired height is reached and the tilt switch is once again hanging freely, the air inlet gate opens to again continue the product flow. This automatic process continues until the vehicle or container is fully loaded.
