Astec Conveyors design and manufacture a complete range of belt conveyor systems to either be supplied as a stand alone unit - providing a reversible mechanical handling solution for conveying product from a ground floor to a first floor mezzanine for example or, providing bespoke belt conveyors (make anchor text link to Bespoke Conveyor Systems page) which are to be integrated into a much larger conveyor system. The belt conveyor systems design can be a light duty end drum drive with \'end tensioning\', or a heavier duty mid drive with \'integrated mid tensioner\'. Belt widths can be from 100mm up to 2m plus with speeds from approximately 2m per minute up to 120m/min. All designs can be constructed from mild steel (painted to a standard RAL colour of your choice) or S304 or S316 grade stainless steel.
