Roller Conveyors are very flexible and can be used when products need to be transported around curves. A slight incline can be accomodated.
Many products can be transported by rollers but it is more suited to larger items of a reasonable weight. Smaller or loose items are more suited to belt conveyors or modular belt conveyors as they could interfer with the roller action.
C-Traks Conveyors can be manufactured in stainless steel or painted mild steel. A full range or roller conveyors are available, one off stand alone conveyor to a multifunctional automated conveyor system. Designed to customers indervidual specification.
Our Food quality powered rollers are manufactured in stainless steel. Standard range comprises of a 50mm dia roller set at 80mm pitch. Fom 200mm to 800mm face width rollers in 50mm increments. We offer bend and merge unit chain cross transfers and access gates all from our standard range
