Model Description: Unique to heavy-duty pallet handling is the Titan Model 595, 90 Degree Tapered Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor. The large diameter tapered rollers (4 1/4" diameter on the large end to 2-1/2" diameter on the small end) allow the pallets to maintain their proper orientation while traveling through the curve. Heavy duty welded 7 gauge side frame and double #50 chain (sidebow) roll-to-roll drive ensure that the Model 595 will withstand rugged industrial usage. The design of this unit will allow you to integrate it with our Model 525 or our Model 535 chain driven live rollers to complete a system. The close roller centers will allow you to handle most pallet sizes. The Model 595 has a center drive. The Model 595 can be fitted with optional #60 roller chain sprockets. The standard radius is 64" measured to the inside of the chain guard. Effective conveying widths can be ordered to suit your particular requirements.
