We employ over 200 service technicians and operate five full-service shops throughout the United States. Using state of the art equipment and our own fleet of tractor-trailers and service vehicles, we can handle any size conveyor installation projects, all scheduled maintenance, and any emergency service needs. Our goal is to maximize our customer's uptime and improve productivity with a keen eye on safety.
As a major distributor for internationally acclaimed manufacturers such as Classic Conveyor Components, Scandura Belting, Lorbrand Conveyor Belt Idlers, and GORO Fasteners, we are redefining the way "conveyor service" is defined by providing our customers with detailed on-line specifications and data on each of their conveyor systems.
Over the years we have successfully completed thousands of splices on all type of belts in hundreds of different applications. About Company
Pat Dolan, Sr., a coal-handling superintendent for a large power plant, founded Conveyor Services Corporation in 1980. Pat and a small crew of craftsmen began servicing mines and power generation facilities in western Pennsylvania, providing on-site belt vulcanizing and belt repair.
Using an old World War II military ambulance to haul materials and equipment, Conveyor Services began its tradition of emergency response and quickly became known as "The Belt Doctors", on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Over the years, the organization expanded its capabilities and its size and has become the largest conveyor service organization in the United States.
